Andrew is a creative and dynamic facilitator who is acknowledged by his clients with providing an innovative, entertaining and fun learning environment. He specialises in team development strategies, business planning and leadership programs. Andrew is regularly invited to present at conferences and has an ability to relate to people at all levels of an organisation from the frontline to the board of directors.

Andrew has developed a diverse list of clients. They include mining, IT, state & local government, the arts, manufacturing and finance companies.

He was also involved in The Holden Difference! project ­ the largest automotive training program in Australia. In this role Andrew helped deliver a number of courses including Customer Service and the Holden Vision, and Consultative Sales and Consultative Service. During the national rollout he delivered to over 5,000 people throughout Western Australia, South Australia, New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland.

Andrew has worked with a number of leading organisations including Challenge (Holden) in developing situational leadership programs. He has facilitated a number of leadership development programs with the BankWest executive and senior managers, and facilitated team and customer service programs with Advance Bank. As a director for MODAL based in Perth, he encourages others to successfully balance family life with business needs.
