Andrew is passionate about the ability to foster and empower individuals and organisations in the development of a balanced, outcome driven achievement culture that demonstrates excellence, deliberate thought and action.
He has an extensive background working internally with larger organisations with his initial position in the HR & IT departments for NRMA with his involvement in their first computer network roll out for over 7,000 users nationally in 1988. This was a significant project that involved millions of dollars of infrastructure, staff training and business operations.
With over 14 years of experience as a trainer, Andrew has also been involved in the design, deliver and project management of numerous training projects including: Assisting in the delivery of a national leadership and management training programs for one of Australia’s largest fast food companies, delivery of a series of workshops for the local community that has allowed for significant contributions to youth education and delivery of a global training roll out for Microsoft that has involved training delivery in Indonesia, Thailand, South Korea and Singapore.
He is also a very accredited trainer with accreditation in: Meyers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), DiSC Personal Profile, Team Facilitation and the Australian Quality Training Framework as a Nationally Certified Trainer (TAA-04).
In addition to his corporate work, Andrew is very active as a volunteer for Camp Quality. He has donated 1-2 weeks per year to assist these children that are in need to help them and their families have a well needed holiday together. He is also extremely skilled in IT and website development assisting organisations and their people in understanding the key trends that they need to be aware of today—and tomorrow to ensure a more productive and effective workforce.
