ROBYNNE HALL - Senior Trainer

Robynne has over 25 years' experience in the retail and automotive sector, and has worked in key positions within some of Australia's most successful companies. She has held previous positions as National  Sales Training Manager & National Customer Care Manager across a range of automotive brands.  Robynne also has extensive experience in designing and delivering sales process and product programs including selecting, overseeing, and managing trainers and designers to create world class training.  

As a seasoned facilitator she has a wealth of knowledge and stories that keep any group engaged.  She has first hand dealership knowledge as a previous Dealer Business Manager.  She also has experience in national training and change management roll outs including the introduction and implementation of operational standards to improve consistency and performance.  Robynne also enjoys life and lives on her farm in rural Victoria 

Robynne has completed a Mini MBA with Australian Institute of Management and has a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and a Certificate IV in Human Resources and is accredited in DiSC.   She has experience with a range of automotive clients including:  Toyota, Mazda, Hyundai, Holden, Proton & Daewoo.
